8:15 pm - A piece of cake!

Decided to do some baking!!! Cakes are expensive here - the only time i eat is when we have a birthday to celebrate! And it has been some time since we had a birthday - and the next one is in May!!!

It din turn out too bad! I mean, I din have a mixer - so it was all done using a fork! It was a little crumbly when it was still hot - but hey, it's the taste that matters, rite? :-)~




Yesterday, with the remaining butter, I made some "citrus butter" bread spread using the microwave cookbook that I got. Not bad, if I do say so meself!
